Is buying CDīs safe through Your website?

Yes. Buying my CDs is 100% safe!
When the order is carried out by PayPal. PayPal can be used to send and receive payments through the Internet. Once you sign up for PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address using money from your PayPal balance or another funding option of your choice, such as a credit card, debit card, or your bank account.
Recipients are then notified via email that they have received a payment from you.

It guarantees the best price, and the most discreet and secure purchase without sharing your creditcard or bank information with the seller.
When you buy directly from me the artist, you are helping me to continue creating weird music.

I feel uncomfortable buying online. Can I still buy your music CDs?

Yes. All though it is safer to use PayPal for online purchases I do understand your concern. No worries, I accept Payment by Postal Money Order or Cashier's Check drawn on a U.S. bank only. Sorry NO personal checks.

How much does it cost to ship the CD?

All Prices Includes Shipping (Worldwide)

When will my CD arrive?

Delivery is by USPS in the continental USA.
Orders are shipped every Friday.
The estimated delivery time, from the time an order is placed:
Destinations in USA 3 to 4 Business Days.
Destinations to EUROPE 7 to 9 Business Days
Some International destinations may take longer due to customs and local postal systems.
Upon shipment, you will get an email confirmation that your order is in route to you.

What happens if my CD arrives damaged in the mail?

If the package is damaged you will need to file a claim with the postal company. If your CD does not play perfectly it may be returned with prior authorization for a replacement copy of the same item.
No cash refunds.
All returned items require a return authorization prior to their return. Donīt worry, to acquire a return authorization, simply email to Music@stcroixstudios.com identifying the CD, your Order ID and purchase date with a description of the defect. Note that all returned CDs must be in the same condition as when they were received including all materials, the jewel box, and liner notes.

Can I buy your music recordings on another online store?

No, currently the CDs are only available direct from St. Croix Studios
